Can the Color Temperature and Brightness Levels Be Changed on a Custom LED Makeup Mirror?
Yes. Tianci Hongye supports private mold customization, and the color temperature setup of LED makeup mirrors can be adjusted to your requirements. Most models offer switchable 3000K / 4000K / 6000K, and some models offer 3000-6000K stepless dimming (refer to each model’s specification sheet). Single or dual color temperature versions are also available on request.
K is the unit of color temperature: the lower the value, the warmer the light; the higher the value, the whiter the light. For LED makeup mirror private mold customization, we recommend first deciding on the usage preferences of your target market, then the color temperature setup, rather than asking for every level from the start.
Color and power supply can also be configured to your requirements. Makeup mirror products can be customized in color and color temperature setup. What Does Private Mold Sampling for LED Furniture Cost, and How Many Weeks Until Samples Are Ready?
Tianci Hongye supports private mold customization. Samples are ready in about 7 days and bulk production takes about 20 days (both per Tianci Hongye’s sampling and production schedule). The sample fee can be credited against a subsequent bulk order. Lead times fall into two tiers, 7 days and 20 days, and are confirmed based on order quantity and style.
We provide samples, and the sampling cost is not wasted: the sample fee is deducted from the subsequent bulk order. This is the first thing to clarify before placing an order.
Before ordering, follow these steps:
- Confirm the style, size, color and color temperature setup, and send your sample, drawing or materials.
- Sampling: samples are ready in about 7 days (Tianci Hongye sampling schedule).
- Place your order after approving the sample. The MOQ for custom items is 100 pcs (Tianci Hongye custom order policy). In-stock items can ship at any time.
- Payment is by T/T with a 30% deposit (Tianci Hongye payment terms); goods ship after the balance is paid in full.
LED furniture products can be customized, and sizes can also be modified to your requirements. Sampling follows the same process.
What Happens If Private Mold LED Furniture Arrives with Quality Issues? Responsibility and Replacement
Tianci Hongye supports private mold customization. Quality responsibility is defined by pre-shipment inspection and acceptance: goods are power-tested and passed before shipment, with an inspection report supplied with the goods. Issues found after arrival are verified against photos and batch information, and Tianci Hongye handles any issue attributable to production.
Our approach has three parts. LED products are power-tested in bulk before leaving the factory, and optical parameters are tested in our own optical testing room. Inspection reports can be supplied with the goods. Packaging options include white box, color box, English color box, kraft paper box, and bubble bag plus color box, with protective materials added.
On the buyer’s side: inspect samples from the shipment as soon as possible after arrival, keep photos of the outer carton, inner packaging and the affected area, and retain the batch information. Replacement and remedy terms should be written into the contract before ordering, rather than negotiated after a problem occurs.
A common misconception is that acceptance only requires checking appearance. For LED furniture, check the lighting, touch controls and power supply with power on, and then inspect the structure.
When Is Private Mold Customization Not Recommended?
We do not recommend private mold customization in three cases: orders below 100 pcs, products intended for direct use in shower areas or high-humidity environments, and urgent orders needed within a few days.
- Orders below 100 pcs (Tianci Hongye’s MOQ for custom items). Below this quantity, we recommend in-stock items, which can ship at any time.
- Shower areas or long-term high-humidity environments. Tabletop and portable mirrors are powered by 5V USB or a built-in lithium battery and have no stated waterproof rating, so they are not suitable for direct installation in such environments. For humid environments, choose the bathroom mirror series with defogging function (TCYSJ series).
- Orders sensitive to tariff costs. Tianci Hongye operates a coordinated China + Vietnam supply chain and can arrange capacity based on tariff cost and lead time requirements. For such orders, discuss the place of production before ordering.

What Should You Confirm Before Purchasing?
Before purchasing, confirm four things: certifications, cooperation model, packaging and place of production. Tianci Hongye has clear answers on all four.
- Certifications: products hold or comply with certifications and standards including CE, RoHS, ETL, VDE, TÜV, UL, SAA, FCC and EPA, and the factory is certified to the ISO 9001 quality management system (Tianci Hongye factory qualifications). - Cooperation model: OEM and ODM are supported, with processing based on customer-supplied materials, samples or drawings.
