OEM/ODM for LED Mirrors and LED Furniture: Process and What to Prepare

OEM	Existing factory models with your logo, colors and packaging. Short development time, good for fast launches.
ODM	The factory joins product definition and design to develop new looks and functions. Good for differentiated products.

4. What to prepare before requesting a quote

Model number (e.g. TCMM-Q1, TC-ZWJ003) or reference pictures
Estimated quantity and delivery time
Target countries and platforms — they decide plug, voltage and certification
Customization: size, CCT, color, logo, packaging

The more complete the information, the faster the quote and sample. MOQ, sampling time and lead time depend on the model, customization and order quantity.
